Is it just me, or is this year’s physical medicine and rehabilitation board exam approaching rather quickly? Before we know it, we will all be sitting in a testing center cashing in our current time investment.

If you haven’t kicked things in gear, now is surely not the time to procrastinate!

I will also be the first to admit that studying during the summer is never fun (unless you do this QBank, of course!) I still feel like a kid sometimes. Remember those good ole’ days of rollerblading, biking and swimming at leisure, without real responsibilities?

Well, to keep things in perspective, summer studying isn’t all that terrible with a bit of perspective. Think about how early physicians studied for their board exams! Candlelight? Reading actual books in the library? No way to study on the fly?

See, it’s not so bad for us, particularly thanks to modern technology. We can get comfortable in an air conditioned, brightly lit room and pull out our laptops or Smartphones and read our favorite board review book right then and there. This online QBank is available on many devices and can be accessed anywhere there is an internet connection. Even better, the linked resources prevent you from having to look up every topic that you are not familiar with. We are also in the process of adding further “thinking points” after many of the questions and updating the QBanks with study objectives and resources to check out.

So while you dial up your favorite study playlist, don’t fret! Learn as much as you can with this convenient tool at your exposure.

Finally, don’t forget to eat right and exercise! As a prior personal trainer and current Sports Medicine specialist, I have designed workouts that may help you relieve some stress over these next couple of months. Just thought that I would share this with you.

Let’s all stay healthy and pass this exam with a breeze together ;)

Best,
