A Bit About Us
I‘ve been in your shoes. Believe it or not, PM&R QBank Review began when I was studying for the Part I Board Exam. I was desperate for time and while reading Cuccrullo was helpful, the information was not sticking.
My next stop was an extensive online search for PM&R question banks, but there were none to be found back then. Soon my time would shrink even more between my Sports Fellowship and my four-month-old child beginning to wake up and move around, there was barely any time to sit and review Cuccrullo. If something didn’t change, I feared that I would fail the Part I Exam.
My solution was to create a mini website with PM&R questions that I could access from my phone. Slowly but surely, I added more questions and started to share the website with my classmates who were struggling with the same time constraints. Everyone agreed that being able to study on their phones in between covering practices or while waiting on patients in clinics, even for five minutes, was key.
Fast forward a few years, add in some great physiatrist partners, website improvements and you have the latest version of PM&R QBank Review. I hope that this resource will be as helpful to you as it has been to the many other users before you. Our promise is that you WILL get a Board Certification with our program.

The Art of the QBank
WE CAREFULLY DEVELOP QBANKS TO HELP YOU UNDERSTAND AND MASTER YOUR PM&R KNOWLEDGE.
PM&R QBank Review was designed with three goals in mind:
-
- Pass the Board Exams – The main goal of PM&R QBank Review is to help you pass the board exams by strengthening your PM&R knowledge base. Our Qbanks allow you to identify and further develop areas of weakness in your PM&R knowledge. The questions are not designed to “trick you” as this doesn’t help you learn. A solid knowledge base of the material, will help you to pass the exam by successfully applying deductive reasoning.
- Make Studying Easy – Our second goal with PM&R QBank Review is to make studying for the boards as easy and efficient as possible. The American Psychological Association recommends frequent recall through quiz taking as an excellent means to “Study Smart.” Our QBanks are designed to provide you with as much information as possible when you’re ready to study without having to carry around a suitcase of reference materials. With each question asked (with some exceptions, mainly Cuccurullo* references), there will be a linked online reference for you to explore and learn. As the field of PM&R is s new and constantly evolving, we update our QBanks regularly to reflect the latest references. We choose not to cut and paste sentences or paragraphs from references because it prevents cumulative learning. When you have to find the answer browsing through the reference, you will learn the material better.
- Studying at Your Convenience – Finally, the PM&R QBank Review is designed to make your studying as convenient as possible. Our website is compatible across desktop, mobile or tablet, helping to provide you with a wealth of online resources. After each quiz submittal, you receive an emailed review of your answers, which are also posted on your dashboard for future reference.
Most importantly, have fun with the PM&R QBanks and take something from every question that you try!
